Saitek Mephisto Touch Screen Travel Chess.
Nice travel unity. However, I find the LCD sometimes not so easy to
read. I like the size and the look and feel of this unity better but I
like the display on the Chessica
(Excalibur Deluxe Talking Touch Chess)
better. Unfinished games are held in memory for over a year.
LCD Display is 11-character dot matrix, 68 x 79 mm. Here's a sample of
how the pieces look like:
Even though you can control the contrast of the screen, it may take you
sometime to get used to reading
the pieces.
One interesting feature is the ticking clock option which will activate
a ticking sound that simulates a chess clock.

On the Infinite Level, the computer searches indefinitely until it
finds a forced mate, or until you stop the search by pressing ENTER.
If the search is halted, the computer makes the move it currently
thinks is best.
